I wanted to talk a little on some things that might be helpful in assisting with data management.
Automation: Did you know Facebook and Meet-up Calendars can be linked with Google?
Categorize: Contacts categorizing will help with remembering contacts. Good E-marketing category system will assist followers get emails that best fit their needs.
Facebook: Use as an extension to Customer Relation Management (CRM) to provide additional data points to utilize.
Gardening: In a garden, flowers, fruit, and veggies grow with some bad ones and some that flourish. As bad ones removed the flourishing ones expand. So weed out inactive contacts continuously to allow flourishing contacts to grow.
Integration: There are simple low to no cost solutions to help with integrating additional data sources to your primary CRM. For example, many CRMs have ways to integrate the data to Google. So with a click of the mouse your contacts and calendar is our on Google to use with you Smart Phone.
Join User/Product Groups: Many of these groups are on LinkedIN, twitter, or RSS Feeds. These should be groups for your data management systems. These groups are full of free tips and trick that can be helpful.
Keep your Data Simple: Enough said here. Simple is better.
Networking: You will get a greater return on investment on networking versus staring at your data on your network. Make the best use of your data management time by Turning your DATA into CA$H.
Possibilities: Your data is full of possibilities. These possibilities can be found by creating queries/reports or use existing ones to find these possibilities.
